first post
ahhhh....im finally blogging after so long. haha. feels strange in blogger, cos the font's so big, but ill get used to it. ya i switched to blogspot cos diaryland was being so annoying by not letting me publish this layout. haha. this blogskin's from yesterday's skin of the day so i jus ripped it off immediately cos it was nice and i was lazy. Hhahaa. yeahhhh. so os are over over OVER. !it feels so unreal. i feel so empty and lost. i dunno what to do with time now! haha im a bit rusty from blogging i dunno where to start so pardon me if this post's so disjointed. heh yeh since exams are just over i shall talk bout it first. SO...it was quite a trying period! yup. like wow my subject combination gave me a totally rubbish crappy timetable again, with GEOG and BIO together, and history right after chem and physics. haha so during those days, i nearly died cramming all those nonsense into my head. like really. i almost died. haha thanks to me procrastinating again and putting things till the last minute. i dun think ill ever change. haha. ya but it was quite a fun period, you know, all the waiting outside of the me lau hall, squeezing each other and wishing everyone all the best before we went in. haha ya esp this nut! gosh stupid girl always makes me so nervous by asking all sorts of questions or just freaking out and pulling out people's shoelaces. HAHAHHA. so funneh rite. ya and going into the hall, walking up to my desk, arranging everything neatly and nicely den waiting for the horrid time when the examiner goes ok this is a one hour paper you may start now.HAHAHA i dun think i will ever forget this=) ya den walking out of the hall discussing answers and freaking out when you found you got sth wrong or smiling when you got it right. and! going to ting's house before every afternoon paper! THANKS TING! I OWE YOU ONE yes. haha stop reminding me. too bad yr off to spain now so you wont get a treat till yr back! haha. thanks for sending me back and forth and giving me nice lunches like spaghetti fried rice and noodles.=) i really enjoyed studying in yr house haha. ya its so convenient cos whatever questions i have we'll either discuss or you'll answer for me!:D ya so thats all about the exams. im so scared/excited to get it back next year! so freaky rite. but oh well ITS OVERRR and im really having a great time slacking now=) oh speaking about exams here's how shu faye did: hey cheryl! studying hard?? i guess your exams are going on right now or about to start, so good luck!! well i would write you but then yeah. the interim results for my O's (IGCSEs) came out yesterday... and uh yeah i can't believe it myself but i came top in HK!! and Bryce came 2nd and Bryan came 3rd!! and last year's top 3 in HK all came from our school too! like i dno how they calculate it , its something like they take your 4 best subjects and average it so it doesnt matter how many subjects you did altogether or something like that i have no clue and i also got the top in HK for Music! (what?! how?!) and like... you know how the International GCSEs are taken all over the world like almost every international school in asia/europe/africa/america and also a lot of british schools, the most most unexpected was that i came top in Physics in the World?! like What?! impossible man! ahh i dont even know how they choose all these but its like way too coincidental! like woah it was so cool you know our Year did SO well we have like... the top English Literature in HK (by yannick hefti who is a native french speaker!) top Chemistry in HK (tim - remember him?) top Biology in HK (by SONJA FOO!! remember her from SIS?) and Bryce also got Top in the World for History! (that was probably like the best one cuz like how do you get top in the World for essay based subject?! - but then again he wrote more than 20 pages for one of the papers) haha it was like crazy euphoria man - the head of secondary came and told us during lunch time and all of us were just screaming and shouting cuz we couldn't believe it! so yeah i still can't believe it's happening and i was so in shock that my head was blank for my lesson after lunch i didn't hear a single word the teacher said for the first 20 mins... oh my gosh. .......yeah!!!!!! gosh! i jus had to post it cos its not like i have a friend who gets top in a subject in the WORLD every day. ahahhhh=) im so happy for her! yup so what ive been doing these days..lets see. friday after history i went out with jessie and grace! fun! haha we went to watch step up in bishan cos stupid plaza sing was being annoying. yeh it was nice show =) we ate a quick dinner at pastamania cos we were running late for the movie and i saw my bro there! what the so coincidental. haha. oh stupid grace's off to australia now for 2half weeks.:( she better get me sth nice! haha den on sat..was spring cleaning day! yeah i was being maria for the day haha. i haven cleaned anything for so long so it felt really good to jus sweat it out after the exams and jus clean clean clean clean. heh. then i went out for dinnner then came back and played ultimate frisbee with my neighbours and bro. but i totally suck at frisbee so my bro got so disinterested after one game and din wanna play anm. stupid guy. haha. yeah so i haven had such a good run for so long! i was just sprinting back and forth like some mad ass trying to whack the frisbee down or catch it. quite fun actually! but i totally puncheked after a few runs cos i was so unfit. nvm! im gonna get all my stamina back this holss=) today was kinda borin cos i jus watched tv and played comp the whole day! havent done that for ages so it felt really nice for once that i din have to look at the clock and watch my time. tmr maybe going to fetch my auntie from the airport and then out with eva to catch some ghost show! haha=) k sorry i totally bored everyone with this long post about my life. HAHAHA. but i dun think anyone will really come here anyway cos i haven blogged for so long and no one will visit my ole blog to get the link. haha nvm, i shall jus wait patiently:) it feels good that exams are over! now i getta sleep for as long as i want and just play play play play play. this is the first hols that i dun have to go back for trainings, meetings, do holiday hw, blah blah and so on...i kinda miss it actually. :'( oh well. k its so late already i shall not get all emo now and go already! goooodbyeeee world |
